Who We Are

What is SomaVeda® Integrated Therapies?

SomaVeda® Thai Yoga Therapy is a deeply therapeutic, intuitive, and grounding system that combines traditional and functional medicine with counseling and clinical protocols. This Christ-centered practice integrates ancient and modern worldwide indigenous healing traditions, focusing on the complete well-being of the body and soul. By incorporating yoga, breathwork, meditation, nutrition, and physical postures, SomaVeda® Integrated Therapies aims to promote healing, education, and service as a humanitarian aid mission.

Some think that SomaVeda Thai Yoga Therapy is an effective way to release deep tension in the piriformis and lateral hip line, decompress and mobilize the sacroiliac region, and stimulate the sacral energy center. This therapy also encourages movement of Lom, or wind energy, through the sen lines, and helps more stored physical and emotional tension in the hips and throughout the entire body.

Practitioners of SomaVeda Thai Yoga Therapy undergo training and certification programs that emphasize the importance of creating a safe and nurturing environment for clients. With its roots in traditional Thai medicine and yoga therapy, SomaVeda® offers a unique approach to holistic healing.
